How we use it

We use that information solely to schedule and carry out your repair, to contact you about the appointment, and to order any parts your appliance requires. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Parts and warranty work

Where we carry out a manufacturer warranty repair on your behalf, we share the information the manufacturer requires to authorize and process that claim — typically your name, address, appliance model and serial number, and a description of the fault.

Form submissions

Service requests submitted through this website are delivered to us by email. If your browser cannot reach our form provider, the form falls back to opening your own email application so that nothing you type is sent anywhere unexpected.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated to say what is collected and how to opt out.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the contact information we hold for you at any time by emailing service@progresscorp.net or calling (929) 344-1010. We keep service records where we are required to for warranty and tax purposes.
